1
Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using Studi.go, you agree to follow these Terms and any policies we reference here. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
2
Who Can Use Studi.go
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract where you live. If you are under the age required to use the service on your own, you may only use Studi.go with a parent or guardian's permission where the law allows it. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials.
3
How the Service Works
Studi.go helps students and teachers discover learning content, follow people, create and save resources, join broadcasts, view reels, receive notifications, and manage study-related profiles. Some features may require a teacher account review or additional verification before access is granted.
4
Accounts and Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your password, impersonate another person, or create an account using false information. If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
5
User Content and Community Rules
You may upload profile information, messages, comments, images, documents, videos, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You must not post content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, pornographic, or otherwise harmful, and you must not upload content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
6
Teacher Verification and Public Profiles
Teacher accounts may require documents such as identity and affiliation proof. We may review those documents to confirm eligibility and safety. Some profile information is public or visible to other users, including names, bios, affiliation details, and content you choose to share. Avoid sharing private information you do not want others to see.
7
Ads, Third-Party Services, and Availability
The free version of Studi.go may include third-party advertising. The service also relies on third-party providers for sign-in, media storage, push notifications, and other infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for the community, or abused the service. You may stop using Studi.go at any time and may delete your account through the app where that feature is available. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
9
Disclaimers, Liability, and Contact
Studi.go is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us using the email below.
