If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the information needed to create or link your account. Teacher onboarding may require identity and affiliation documents such as a CNIC photo or other proof of institutional connection. We use those uploads to review eligibility, prevent fraud, and keep the community safe. Some uploads are stored by our service providers so we can process them and keep an audit trail of account activity.

We use your information to create and maintain your account, verify eligibility, personalize the app, enable broadcasts and real-time chat, deliver notifications, support content discovery, show relevant profiles and resources, moderate abuse, and provide customer support. We may also use information to maintain security, debug issues, and enforce our Terms.

We share information with service providers that help us host the app, store media, send notifications, process sign-in, and deliver ads. The free version of Studi.go may show third-party ads. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, those providers may process data according to their own policies. The app and website may also link to external pages, including our Terms and support channels; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or services.

Our website and app may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve performance. On mobile devices, we may store a push token and other small pieces of local state needed for authentication and notifications.

If you allow notifications, we may send push alerts about approvals, broadcasts, replies, reminders, account activity, and other service updates. You can change notification permissions in your device settings, and you can also disable notifications from within the app where that option is available.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, and support legitimate business operations. If you delete your account, we will remove or de-identify information according to our systems and legal requirements, though some records may remain in backups, logs, or records we must keep by law.
