How can we help?

Open the Studi.go app, choose Student or Teacher, then sign up with your email, Google, or Apple account. You can see which method you used at any time from Settings.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the steps sent to your email. If you originally signed up with Google or Apple, use that provider's sign-in instead — there's no separate Studi.go password to reset.

Student and Teacher are separate account types tied to what you signed up as. If you need a different account type, email us and we'll help you sort it out.

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data. If you run into any trouble, email us and we'll take care of it directly.

Browse past papers by board, subject, and session from the Past Papers tab. You can practice questions directly in the app and check your answers against the marking scheme.

Broadcasts are how teachers and students communicate — announcements and group threads set up by a teacher for their students.

Go to Settings → Notifications to control what you're notified about. You can turn off individual categories without missing the ones you care about.

Email us with a link, screenshot, or description of what you found and where you found it. Include the username, reel, or broadcast involved if you can — we review every report.

Email us right away and flag it as urgent — we prioritize safety reports. For anything involving a minor's immediate safety, please also contact local authorities.
